Artifacts indeed Dennis! If we loose sight of what's important, we invest in the wrong things instead of investing in people. I have a distinct feeling that you're already way ahead of the game.

Dennis,

Great read cuz!

I just read the first chapter of your book "Rich People Shop Here" and I have to tell you in the first few pages, I had several smiles and heart felt laughs at all the memories of "Aunt" Patsy and "Uncle" Ron flooding back as if it were just yesterday and summers with the Welch family.
Fond memories to say the least.

And who could of course forget mine and my brother's surrogate Aunt Boots!!!
Now that was a woman that when she walked into the house you felt her presence even if you were out in the back yard playing football with you, Keith and Michael.
Again fond memories.

I am looking forward to reading the rest of the book and wish you all my best, love and Prayers daily.
And thank the Lord for rich memories of your mom and dad - I have dozens that are a constant reminder of how good folks should be.

Take care and God Bless,
Kenny

Rich People Shop Here is a wonderful book, full of love, hope and honest life experiences. I have several books as givfts for Christmas because I knew it would be an inspiring read for those that I gave the book too.
After reading the book and the many "Patsy Moments" I felt like I knew Patsy. What an interesting life that must have been for Dennis, growing up in that family!!

The end of her days has turned out to be better than the beginning.... is from the bible.

Very cool saying.

Meaning......all of your days add up to what you are remembered for.
